Our heart is to provide support to homeschool families. Our homeschool extension is a tool and not a school. We are dedicated to encouraging home educators in and around Kodak, Tennessee.
This is a drop-off program.
We also want to encourage learning in a community environment where they can develop friendships and build relationships. We also plan 1-2 field trips a year!
Our K - 2nd classes will not have any homework. They will learn human anatomy along with the older class but it will be age appropriate for them.
They will do an art class for the other hour.
Our 3rd - 7th grade courses include science and writing from a biblical worldview for students in 3rd - 7th grades. Parents remain responsible for their child’s education.
We feel strongly about equipping our students to be able to give an account for their faith, through science and writing. We desire to give the children as many tools in their “toolbelt” as possible and give you resources as well. Our goal with providing writing and science is that it would take the place of those two subjects at home. Beyond doing the homework with your child, those two subjects would be covered. We provide lessons, light homework assignments, tests and simple grade reports at the end of each semester.
